Delivery Deadlines Christmas 2024

To ensure that your order arrives on time for Christmas, please note our order deadlines for timely delivery by Christmas Eve:

🇩🇪 Within Germany:
Please order by 13:00 on December 19th at the latest.
For deliveries to German islands: no later than 18 December .

🇪🇺🇨🇭 To the EU and Switzerland:
Please order by 13:00 on December 17th at the latest.

Important:
We can only ship orders that have been paid in full promptly. For orders with outstanding payments (e.g. bank transfer, purchase on account or instant transfer), delivery may be delayed due to the processing time of the credit institutions.
