If a product is damaged in delivery or faulty, we offer a 100% refund.

In order to carry out a return, the goods must be unused and undamaged.

For returns, please send an email to shop@copiloo.de with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, your name and the reason for the return.

You will then receive instructions on where to send the returned goods.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.

We want to avoid unnecessary returns and relieve the environment a little.

When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them of the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment shortly after.
