Shipping within Germany 🇩🇪
- Your order will be shipped climate-neutrally with DHL.
- A flat shipping fee of 3,95 € per order is charged for each package.
- For orders over 79,00 €, shipping within Germany is free.
- The flat rate shipping fee for goods mail is 2,95 € (e.g. Pieksi and Griffel or Books)

The stated shipping costs for orders to Switzerland include all necessary import and customs fees, so that there are no additional costs for the delivery of the goods or package.

We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Unless otherwise stated, Monday to Friday orders received by 1:00 p.m. will be dispatched the same day. Shipments to Switzerland take on average one to two days longer than stated.
